K&S Machine Mfg., Inc. is a privately owned company, Founded by Mr. Temothy Cho in 1988, to provide precision machining for Silicon Valley's Semiconductor, Telecommunications, Medical, and Computer Industries.

K&S has distinguished itself by providing beyond the ordinary machining services on hard to build items, difficult to machine materials and items having critical close tolerances.

In 1997, Due to our expanding reputation as a quality precision machining company, K&S purchased its own 19,000 square foot facility, we were able to increase our production with a cost-effective project management system which allowed K&S to implement the JIT methodology.

In 1999, K&S established an offshore manu-facturing facility in Korea, named K&S Korea Co., LTD. which is located in Gunpo-City, Kyunggi-Do, Korea. this facility will allow our production customers the opportunity in achieving offshore pricing with direct domestic communication protocol and a high confidence level in quality control.

In 2001, K&S added to the San Jose facility a Class 100K Cetified Clean Room. This addition has allowed our customers to utilize our domestic full turn-key assembly services which has given them added advantage for product cost savings. The production assembly procedures and processes are based on DFT (Demand Flow Technology). Our procurement and manufacturing staff are dedicated to providing quality products. We are a winning team committed to customer satisfaction and have consistently delivered true value to our customers by fulfilling their quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
